The White House has informed the House Judicial Committee that it is the first of the committee against proposed President Donald Trump on Wednesday. Impeachment will not be included in the investigation. White House lawyer Pat Kipolone in his five-page letter to House Judicial Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler on Sunday said, “We do not consider it appropriate to attend the hearing, whose names are still to be revealed and that It remains unclear as to whether the Judicial Committee will be able to conduct a fair hearing of the President's case through additional hearings. ” The White House said, “What is most important is that mere invitation to an academic dialogue with law professors does not reflect a true investigation against the president.”
Kipolene said, “Similarly under current circumstances, we do not attend your Wednesday hearing Want. The Nadlers Committee will hold a hearing on Wednesday, titled 'President Donald J. Impeachment inquiry about Trump: constitutional basis for presidential impeachment '.
In his letter, Kipolone accused the New York Democrat Nadler of deliberately setting a date for the hearing at a time when Trump would visit London for the NATO convention. Trump also raised questions about this hearing in a tweet and accused the Democrats of compromising with the interest of the country.
